Pan-Seared Salmon with Korean Sweet Potato Noodles, Shiitake Mushrooms, Carrots and Wilted Spinach with Tamari Vinaigrette

1ea 5oz portion of salmon fillet

1 pkg. Korean sweet potato noodles

1 bottle tamari

1 bottle sesame oil

1 small piece of ginger

2 bunches of scallions

1 head garlic

1 bottle grape seed oil

1 bag julienned carrots

1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms

1 box baby spinach
