ALI CARMICHAEL (she/her) is a program manager on Google’s people operations technology team, where she works together with engineering and people ops partners to co-create Google’s HR technology roadmap covering all parts of the employee life cycle—from hire to retire. She also leads Google Austin’s employee resource group for Women, and has a passion for empowering women and other underrepresented groups in technology to thrive. Outside of work, Carmichael and her partner Kashif are raising two children and she enjoys spending time with a good book and being creative with crafting.
