Amy Heirman

Amy Heirman is the managing director of talent management for United Airlines. In that role she is responsible for succession management, performance management, executive development, HR analytics and leadership development. She has been with United Airlines for seven years. Heirman has spent the past 20 years in the talent management and leadership development world. Prior to United Airlines, she worked at Discover Financial Services and Ameritech Corporation. She is qualified in many different talent assessments and is a certified executive coach. She is currently based at United’s headquarters in Chicago. @united
