ANNA BENINGER is VP & director, DEI business advisor at Liberty Mutual Investments and Enterprise Functions, in the Global Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In her role at Liberty, Beninger provides subject matter expertise and consultative support, collaborating with our business leaders and talent and strategy partners to activate and drive DEI initiatives within the business and contribute to their long-term success. Previously, Beninger’s was global head of inclusion and diversity at AXA XL and prior to this role, was VP at Catalyst, a global non-profit that helps build workplaces that work for women. Earlier in her career, Beninger was a research associate at the Harvard Business School where she conducted and published innovative research on human behavior in business. She has also been a guest lecturer at NYU on such topics as “Women and Men in the Workplace,” focused on intersectionality and work-life integration. She graduated Summa cum Laude with a BA in psychology (honors) and leadership sequence from Claremont McKenna College and earned her MSc in social and cultural psychology at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
