Dr. Candace Steele Flippin

DR. CANDACE STEELE FLIPPIN is executive vice president and chief communications officer at First Horizon National Corporation. She is a member of the executive management team and leads communications strategy, corporate reputation, corporate social responsibility, crisis communications, and corporate giving. Currently appointed as an executive research fellow at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, she researches the different generations in the workplace. She is the author of Generation Z in the Workplace and Millennials in the Workplace. The Network Journal recently honored Steele Flippin as one of the 25 Influential Black Women in Business. She earned her Doctor of Management at Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and her BA from the University of Michigan. @CSteeleFlippin
