Chandini Portteus
CHANDINI PORTTEUS is the president and CEO of the LIVESTRONG Foundation. Portteus joined LIVESTRONG following nearly 10 years with Susan G. Komen, having served most recently as that organization’s chief mission officer. She was also the youngest C-level executive in the organization’s history and was responsible for the organization’s strategy and programming surrounding the areas of research, community health, public policy and global programs. Portteus was instrumental in the strategic redesigns and creation of new direction and focused initiatives, and her global programming work spanned more than 30 countries, including fundraising efforts, such as the Race for Cure internationally, and high touch relationships with major donors and corporations. In addition, she was the architect and relationship manager for the scientific advisory bodies of Susan G. Komen — the Scientific Advisory Board and the Komen Scholars. @portteusc
