DEBORAH GREEN champions the importance of building and nurturing authentic connections across teams. As principal executive assistant to the president and CEO, she’s responsible for leading NI’s administrative team and driving productivity to support the company’s vision. Green brings three decades of experience across event management, organizational stewardship, and community networking. She’s passionate about creating training and development platforms to build strong, strategic business partnerships between the executive leadership team and the administrative community. Green is a recipient of a 2023 Austin Business Journal Women in Business award.
