Deborah Johnson

DEBORAH JOHNSON is the chief learning officer for consulting at Deloitte Services LLP. She is responsible for driving measurable business impact by designing, aligning, and ensuring execution of Deloitte Consulting’s overall learning and development activities for the organization’s 60,000+ employees across the US, India and Mexico. Prior to joining the talent development team, Johnson held leadership roles in Deloitte’s women’s initiative and inclusion efforts and has served as a human resources specialist. She was also a strategy & operations consultant for eight years, specializing in customer and channel strategy. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children, both of whom are high school students. Johnson holds a dual bachelor in economics and dramatic literature from New York University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson Graduate School of Management. @deloitte
