Demethris Keith

DEMETHRIS KEITH is the business operations manager with the global customer success organization at Cisco Systems. In her role with strategy and planning, she is responsible for engagement across install base accuracy and reporting, smart data and partners. During her 15 years at Cisco she has worked in multiple roles, from product and services sales operations, services channels and strategy and planning. She is an experienced professional with an accomplished career in the S=service and product sales industry with a track record of implementing successful technical and business process solutions. Prior to working in the technology industry, Keith spent several years with the NC Department of Health and Human Services. She served as a case manager, supporting families in need with emergency housing, food and medical assistance. She also worked as a child support enforcement agent, responsible for holding absent parents a ccountable for the financial support of their under age children.  @cisco
