DONIEL KOFEL is currently the senior director of talent and professional development for North America Oracle Direct Applications. She has spent the last 18 years partnering with management and leadership teams of fortune 1000 companies, higher education and government agencies to create best-in-class performance improvement solutions ranging from experiential and highly technical onboarding programs to competency frameworks, performance assessment and feedback models, as well as soft and hard skill training programs that leverage technology to support learning and organizational objectives. The organizations she has worked for include, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Massachusetts Institute for Technology (MIT), Colter Learning Partners, Hewlett-Packard, KPMG, Starbucks, BostonCoach, ADT and the U.S. Postal Service to name a few. Kofel earned an M.S. in instructional systems technology from Indiana University- Bloomington and lives in Newburyport, MA. @oracle
