ERICA LAMBERT is an accomplished executive leader with 20+ years of expertise in business strategy, services, sales, and operations. She is a direct, pragmatic, balanced, and persistent leader focused on business growth and development, team member success, and delivering differentiated solutions for our customers. Lambert currently leads the Dell Technologies services customer success organization: account management services, DT Select, Dell learning, ESG/sustainability and federal. She empowers customers and partners with proactive guidance, tools, processes, and capabilities to unlock the value of technology. A 25-year Dell veteran, she has held several leadership roles across strategy, acquisition integration, sales operations, as well as SMB & public sales. Lambert is an executive board member for the InterFaith & Women in Action ERG, as well as the Vipers lacrosse organization in Austin. A mom, ally, mentor, and volunteer (Austin Christian Fellowship), she leads from the front enabling team member’s holistic health–mind, body & spirit. Lambert earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
