Erika Lanciault

ERIKA LANCIAULT is senior vice president and project manager with Broadway Bank. With over seventeen years of experience in the banking industry, she has been a key force in Broadway Bank’s progressive advances and digital presence. Her experience spans across project management and corporate facilitation to include instructional design, vendor management, systems/operations management, and technical support. She is an experienced project leader with expertise in stewarding executive level project governance, overseeing large technology implementations and aligning software product development with strategic business initiatives. Lanciault is a founding member and president of Broadway Bank’s Network of Women aimed at providing leadership, social and professional skills for emerging leaders. Lanciault earned a degree in finance from the University of Texas Brownsville, and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner and Microsoft Office Master. @broadwaybank
