ESTHER ALEXANDER has been in the semiconductor industry over 20 years with roles varying from Applications Engineering, to Program Management, and Software Quality Engineering.  Esther oversees software quality governance and compliance at Silicon Labs and supports similar security practices within the company. She encourages the use of industry best practices, standards, project management principles, and risk management to achieve optimal process efficiency and product quality.  Esther enjoys playing board games and taking family hikes with her husband and kids. @silicionlabs
