Fay Fleming

Fay Fleming is president of the Business Performance Company, a consulting firm started in 1994. With more than fifteen years of senior-level expertise, she has expertise in strategy, marketing research and training. Clients include: Edward Jones Inc., General Motors, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, Church’s Chicken, Johnson & Johnson Int’l., The Monsanto Fund and The United Way. A former newspaper and magazine columnist, Fleming has authored a book and routinely presents at national business conferences well as radio and TV. Fleming’s latest venture is a membership program called, “Mastering the Game of Business” focused on showing business professionals and owners how to accelerate their success.
