Gina Helfrich

GINA HELFRICH is an expert in women’s leadership and gender equity, with over 12 years of experience as a diversity and inclusion leader. She was co-founder and CEO of recruitHER, a women-owned recruiting and consulting firm committed to making the tech industry more inclusive and diverse. Helfrich is the former director of the Harvard College Women’s Center at Harvard University, and earned her doctorate in philosophy and women’s studies from Emory University. She is also the founder of Feminist Hack ATX, a community organization for people of all genders to work together towards a more women-friendly technology scene in Austin. @ ginahelfrich
