Jillian Hamblin

JILLIAN HAMBLIN is the chief operating officer of UnitedHealthcare Community & State’s Texas Health Plan. In this role, Hamblin oversees health plan operational excellence and network relations. She is responsible for the overall member experience for Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare-Medicaid Dual Demonstration, and Dual Special Needs Plan members. She sponsors initiatives specifically focused on combating homelessness and finding competitive employment in the community. She also serves as the executive sponsor for the project search program at the Texas Health Plan, a program that provides young adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities internship opportunities on their path to competitive employment. With a passion for innovation, she serves as co-chair of the national Innovation Advocate Advisory group for UnitedHealth Group as well as Innovation Champion for the Texas Health Plan. Hamblin resides in Spring, Texas with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She received a BS in psychology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. @uhc
