Kathy Brabson

Kathy Brabson’s career is truly one of inspiration. From her first step into the cable industry as a customer service representative, she advanced rapidly. Today she serves as regional vice president for the Central Texas division of Time Warner Cable. Previously, she was a dispatcher, an office manager, a general manager, a vice president and now the top operational executive in Central Texas. Along the way, she earned a college degree. Her “been there – done that” background helped her reach out with empathy to employees. Through a challenging transition, Brabson’s work as a catalyst for change and growth improved morale and allowed the division to achieve a number of business successes. @twc
