Katy Crist

KATY CRIST welcomes the challenges that come with excelling in the ever-changing tech space. She currently serves as director of marketing and communications at Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL), a leading global provider of semiconductors and flat panel display equipment. In this role, Katy is responsible for creation and execution of marketing programs, conferences, branding initiatives, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility and social media. She draws on almost two decades of proven success communicating at all levels of the organization, setting direction and team goals on creative—and ultimately seeing projects through from concept through completion. Crist joined TEL in 2002 and has since risen through the ranks learning all aspects of the business from product to field services to support, media development and global communications.
