Keri D’angelis

KERI D’ANGELIS is a vendor operations manager at Liberty Mutual, driving operational excellence in the medical and special investigations claims organization. She has worked in the insurance industry for more than nine years, and has experience with developing teams, operations, analytics, claims management and workforce management. D’Angelis leads cross-functional projects and creates programs to optimize business processes, employee and customer experience, and claim handling quality and effectiveness. She is passionate about strategic leadership and is an influential thought partner in her field.
