KRISTINE GATESMAN leads a global technology organization that delivers innovative products and experiences enabling financial advisors to grow their wealth management businesses and investors to achieve secure financial outcomes. Gatesman’s roles throughout her 23 years at the firm include product strategy, product management, and technology delivery across Fidelity’s retail, workplace, institutional, and start-up businesses. Gatesman is also Global Co-chair of Fidelity’s Women’s Leadership Group, with over 15,500 members across Fidelity’s US and international sites including India and Ireland. An active mentor and coach to leaders and associates throughout the firm, she believes deeply in the power of backing others’ success through sponsorship and of reaching down to pull others up through the organization.
