Lea Sims

LEA SIMS is the assistant vice president in enterprise innovation with responsibility leading the Member and Employee Innovation Programs. She joined USAA in 2006 and has since held the titles of project manager, business architect and product manager. Sims has over fifteen years of experience providing and managing solutions in the financial services sector. At USAA, she has had the opportunity to work on creating innovative solutions for USAA members on usaa.com and on mobile.usaa.com. Sims is a graduate of Hollins University and previously held positions at US Global Investors and Arthur Andersen. @usaa
