Meg Murphy

MEG MURPHY is the CMO for IBM Systems. She joined IBM in August 2015 as VP of digital marketing and demand generation. In November 2016, she was promoted to systems CMO. Prior to IBM, Murphy led marketing, sales, and client experience teams for B2B SaaS start-ups. She is experienced in leading growth and transformation from early stage funding through IPO, often shepherding companies through their post-acquisition integration. Murphy has established a proven track record of engaging with enterprise clients and tens of thousands of mid-market organizations to rapidly scale high growth SaaS and traditional businesses. She was previously president of Inquisite, an Austin SaaS start-up, where she successfully led the company to profitable growth and into a leadership position in enterprise feedback management before its successful acquisition.
