MELANIA CROCE is a supply chain sustainability program manager at Cisco, overseeing the expansion of the company’s supply chain human rights program. She has seven years of experience in human rights, social impact, and responsible sourcing working with non-governmental organizations, in consulting, and the tech industry across the United States, Italy, Nepal, and Kenya. She holds master’s degrees in development practice from Emory University, in industrial engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and in economics & management from Tongji University in Shanghai. A Native Italian and avid runner, she currently lives in Austin, Texas.
