Melanie Foley

MELANIE FOLEY is the executive vice president and the chief talent & enterprise services officer for Liberty Mutual Insurance. As a c-suite global financial services officer, she is known for her deep business knowledge and broad leadership skills. She has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, and driving talent and enterprise strategies that enable business success and enhance employee experience. In 1996, Foley joined Liberty Mutual as an account executive. For more than a decade, she was promoted into several positions of increasing responsibility in the sales and marketing functions of the US Personal Insurance business. In December of 2011, she was appointed to her current role where she has led the company’s talent, procurement, brand and communications, real estate, and workplace services functions. Foley is a Boston native and earned her BS in marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Bentley College. @workatliberty
