Melinda Hanson-Perry
MELINDA HANSON-PERRY joined Mary Kay Inc. in August of 2000. She began her Mary Kay career in the production and inventory control group. Since then, she’s worked in international sales education, sales development, marketing, sales force intelligence and now in sales force education. Currently, she holds the position of senior developer of strategic education. Her primary role includes project lead and host for new director education, a program developed for independent beauty consultants who have moved up the Mary Kay career path to assume the new responsibility of leading a team. She also writes curriculum and develops video education for the Mary Kay sales force. Hanson-Perry is a United States Navy Veteran and spent two years in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba prior to beginning her career at Mary Kay Corporate. She is honored to be associated with a company that has the kind of standards and reputation Mary Kay Corporate has and is committed to perpetuating Mary Kay’s philosophies and dream to enrich women’s lives. Hanson-Perry earned a B.A. from the Dallas Baptist University. She is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in strategic management from the University of North Texas at Dallas. @marykay
