Michele Herron

MICHELE HERRON is senior vice president and head of strategy, marketing and small/medium business for Visa’s CyberSource business unit.  In this role, Herron leads a team responsible for setting and evangelizing CyberSource’s global strategy as well as operating the marketing function, ensuring the business translates its strategic vision into a market facing identity and message. She is leading the evolution of the commerce platform, which operates under the CyberSource and Authorize.Net brand names, developing and planning the solutions roadmap. Herron brings more than twenty years of experience in the payments industry, and prior to her role at Visa, spent seventeen years at Vantiv leading teams in product, business development and relationship management functions.  Additionally, she was responsible for the creation of Vantiv’s go-to-market strategy for the SMB audience and managed the partnerships to deliver POS commerce devices. Herron earned an MBA from Xavier University and a BA from Miami University. @visanews
