Pam Jeffords
PAM JEFFORDS is a partner at Mercer and a global expert on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She advises global employers on how they can break through the inertia and drive progress with their gender diversity initiatives. She has been featured in numerous publications, including the National Association of Corporate Directors, Fortune magazine and was a contributor to Mercer’s researchWhen Women Thrive, Businesses Thrive. Prior to joining Mercer, Jeffords held sales leadership positions in the telecommunication industry for MCI, Qwest and PAETEC. During her 25-year career, she has been involved in various women’s initiatives, always striving to understand the lack of progress in gender diversity at the leadership and board levels. She joined Mercer because of the focus and commitment the leadership has around solving for this gap. Jeffords currently sits on the board for a Global Women’s Network, The Vx, is an advisory board member for HotStraw, a member of the NACD, a limited partner in The JumpFund, and has served as chair of Women United for the Mile High United Way where she received the prestigious Frances Wisebart Jacobs award for philanthropy. Jeffords earned an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. @mercer
