PAMELA SHERMAN is the culture of inclusion leader at Applied Materials. She is responsible for the further shaping and execution of the company’s inclusion strategy. During her 27-year tenure with Applied Materials, Sherman has held various leadership and managerial roles in HR including HR Business Partner, University Relations, and HR Operations. She is passionate about supporting the development of others.  Prior to joining Applied Materials, Sherman was the director of student activities at Huston-Tillotson College and case manager & job developer at the Austin Area Urban League. She loves traveling and spoiling her nieces and nephews with trips to Disney World.  Sherman values collaboration, fairness, and equality for all; ensuring all voices are heard and no one is left behind. Sherman received a BS in sociology from Texas A&M University.  She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
