RAQUEL F. MESTEMAKER is the director – HR business partner, LATAM, HSC & international recruiting business coach and consultant at United Airlines. Mestemaker grew up in El Paso, TX, from a large family of 8 children. Her father was born in Mexico, and mother is a 4th generation American. Mestemaker is an airline professional whose career started with Continental Airlines in 1994. She supported the United Next growth plan for the region, ensuring that we stay on track and focus on onboarding diverse talent. Mestemaker is incredibly passionate about leadership development and personal growth. She is rewarded by mentoring my business partners/employees to help them reach their ultimate potential. Her primary goal includes driving inclusion by ensuring that we treat our region with the same support we provide for domestic.
