Rhonda McGown

RHONDA McGOWN is a member of the executive leadership team at Broadway Bank, serving as executive vice president, chief talent and strategy officer. She provides oversight to Broadway Bank’s human resources, talent management, marketing and voice of the customer teams. McGown has seventeen years of banking experience and twenty years of involvement leading and supporting human resources, organizational development, marketing, customer sales and support, and emerging businesses in the financial services and technology industries in Texas, D.C., Virginia, and North Carolina.  She is a native Texan and started her career as a management consultant based in Houston where she enjoyed leading assignments across the US and in Asia. She earned a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, and both a Master’s and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Houston. @broadwaybank
