Roxan Kraft
Roxan Kraft joined Shell as part of the Shell/Texaco merger and has 22 years of refining experience, including two years with ARCO. Currently, she is in her first global role as the general manager of manufacturing integration. Kraft has worked as a process engineer, process engineering manager and business planning manager at the Anacortes, Washington Refinery. She spent two years in Houston supporting the refining vice president for America. Most recently she worked at the Convent Refinery in Louisiana as a unit and operations manager. Kraft was the start-up manager for the ultra-low sulfur diesel project at Convent. In the five years she spent in Louisiana she was involved in shutting down and restarting the facility five times for hurricanes. She has an undergraduate degree in both chemistry and biology as well as a master’s in chemical engineering.
