Sam Rapoport
SAM RAPOPORT is senior director of football development with the National Football League. Rapoport spearheads programming to retain, develop, and promote qualified diverse candidates into the football operations pipeline at NFL clubs and the league office. Rapoport created the Women’s Careers in Football Forum in 2017 which served to inspire and connect qualified women to football operations positions in the professional and college football programs. As a result, eighty-two female coaching, scouting and operations candidates have been hired in the three-year period; a record number. Rapoport was awarded the NFL Commissioner’s Award (2019), Fortune 40 Under 40 (2019), and was recently named one of People Magazine’s 25 Women Changing the World. Rapoport is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal and resides with her wife, Rebecca and son, Jordy in Brooklyn, NY. @samrap10
