Samantha Price

SAMANTHA PRICE is senior vice president and director of talent management at Broadway Bank. In her role, she oversees recruitment and development of employees, enhances employee engagement, and designs and delivers solutions that strengthen human capital and organizational differences. Price is a dynamic leader serving on several of the Bank’s employee initiatives including the diversity and inclusion employee council, young bankers group, network of women, and is a frequent community volunteer on behalf of Broadway Bank. Prior to joining Broadway Bank in 2014, she worked in various human resources, talent management, and organization development roles for companies in San Antonio and Los Angeles. She also served on the board for San Antonio Education Partnership and is parliamentarian for the San Antonio chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Price earned a BHRM from San Diego State University, a masters in behavioral science organizational development from California State University–Dominguez Hills, and a project management certification from UT Austin. @broadwaybank
