Sandy Hoffman
Sandy Hoffman is chief diversity officer for Cisco. In this capacity, Hoffman is responsible for building a strategy that enhances Cisco’s vision to be a world class, benchmark company for diversity and inclusion and aligning this critical business process with the Corporation’s strategic business objectives. Hoffman previously oversaw world-wide operations in global supply chain operations for Cisco’s manufacturing partners, driving revenue while sustaining world-class product quality and delivery. Prior to joining Cisco Hoffman held various executive roles within the supply chain at Nortel Networks, Radius, and Apple Computer. Inside her belief that life is about contribution, Hoffman spends much of her spare time mentoring people, as well as being a spokesperson on the importance of attracting diverse candidates into STEM fields, Workplace 2020 and the future of the workplace. Hoffman is spearheading new research into workplace advocacy initiatives. Hoffman earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Phoenix, certificates in supply chain management as well as leadership development, and is a Cornell University certified diversity professional advanced practitioner (CCDP/AP). @CISCO
