Sarah Schimmer

SARAH SCHIMMER is in public affairs with AAA Texas and AAA New Mexico. After serving in Congressional offices as a press secretary in Washington D.C. and as chief of staff for the District G council member during the Mayor Bill White administration in Houston, Schimmer now brings her expertise in media, communications, public relations and government affairs to her work for AAA Texas and New Mexico. A seasoned public affairs professional, she is responsible for working with the press, the public and government officials to share information and create awareness about issues affecting energy, transportation and the traveling public. When this busy mother of two beautiful children can find time, she also serves on the boards of the Public Relations Society of America Houston Chapter, the League of Women Voters Houston and is an active member of Leadership Houston Class XXXIII. @aaatexas @sarahschimmer
