Shelley Gretlein
SHELLEY GRETLEIN is vice president of global marketing with National Instruments. She is responsible for inspiring, educating, and empowering engineers and scientists around the globe by promoting the significant differentiation of NI’s software-defined platform. Gretlein spent nearly fifteen years leading the development, product strategy, and product marketing of the NI software platform. She has been involved in industry consortia on robotics and industrial control, test leadership forums, embedded advisory boards, and Internet of Things technology. She is active in Girlstart, FIRST Robotics, and other STEM-related groups. Gretlein is also an active board member for Austin Police Operation Blue Santa. Gretlein earned a dual bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering management with minors in French and mathematics from Missouri University of Science and Technology. She has also completed several executive education courses from L’Université de Lyon, the University of Texas, the University of California at Berkeley, and the Kellogg School of Management.
