Steve Yager

Steve Yager is vice president, Americas region in technical services for Cisco. He is responsible for Cisco technical services business in the Americas.  From 2010 until early 2013, Yager led Cisco’s technical assistance center (TAC) in the Americas as well as the high touch technical services team globally.  He joined Cisco in 2007 as the general manager for the remote operations services (ROS) business unit responsible for managing Cisco customer networks and enabling partners to better manage Cisco advanced technologies.  He led the ROS business unit into profitably and ultimately integration into Technical Services. Yager has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry.  He has held various positions at corporations like Avaya, VISTA Information Technologies and MCI.  In between working at large companies like Avaya and MCI Yager also had the opportunity to work with startups, including VISTA, where he was responsible for the managed services business. Yager was a principal leader at Visitar, a software startup in the CRM as a service business where he led the development of multiple sales channels. @cisco
