Susan Docherty

SUSAN DOCHERTY is CEO of Canyon Ranch®, the world’s leading wellness brand. Docherty’s passion for wellness is matched by her business savvy and impressive career. Before joining Canyon Ranch, she spent almost three decades at General Motors, where she held senior executive positions, including several vice president roles, both in the United States and overseas. Much like Canyon Ranch itself, Docherty is no stranger to trailblazing. She was the first female in the company’s 100-year history to be appointed and hold a corporate officer title as vice president of sales. Her wit and wisdom is captured in the book “The Corner Office: Indispensable and Unexpected Lessons from CEOs on How to Lead and Succeed” by Adam Bryant. She is on the board of directors of The Brink’s Company, and serves as a member of both the audit and ethics and finance and strategy committees.
