Tracy Curran

TRACY CURRAN serves as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for Dell Technologies. She leads a team of over 600 talent professionals across 40 countries. She is responsible for creating an authentic and compelling employment brand and ensuring a great candidate experience.

After joining Dell in 1998, Tracy held Human Resources Business Partner roles in sales, engineering, marketing, corporate and technical support before moving into Talent Acquisition. She holds a BS in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. An avid photographer, she lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and 15-year-old daughter.
