Vianney Gonzales

VIANNEY GONZALES is a quality manager for the strategic planning and quality team at Tokyo Electron America, a leader in the global semiconductor equipment industry. She’s worked in the semiconductor industry for over twenty years in a plethora of roles ranging from logistics, planning, customer support, and process improvement. Gonzales has always looked for ways to lead in her positions, whether it is providing valuable solutions for customers or leading one of Tokyo Electron America’s longest-running improvement programs. She’s a co-founder and network leader of the TEL US Women’s Network and had the opportunity to co-teach a Lean Systems class at Texas State University last fall. Her outstanding work has awarded her an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt since 2014. @vianney_coaches
